2020 PAC-Symposium: A Pragmatic Approach to Pedorthics

The Pedorthic Association of Canada (PAC) is hosting its 2020 Symposium in Halifax, NS at the Halifax Convention Centre. More than 250 Pedorthists, Podiatrists, Chiropodist, Orthotists and others concerned with the neurobiology of pedorthics are expected to attend North America’s largest Pedorthic event, which will be held April 23 – 25.

IVO-Congress 2022: Submission deadline extended

On October 14 and 15, 2022, the city of Cologne in Germany will be the place to present and discuss new results from science and from the daily practice of pedorthics. All scientists and professionals involved in the therapy of foot problems are cordially invited to contribute to the congress.For the first time, the trade fair and congress ORTHOPÄDIE SCHUH TECHNIK will be held together with the congress of the International Association of Pedorthists (IVO).

IVO-Congress 2024: Interdisciplinarity and Innovation

On October 24 and 25, the Swiss Association for Prosthetics and Orthotics and the Swiss Foot and Shoe Association will host the congress of the International Pedorthic Association. The congress at the Forum Fribourg will also celebrate the 150th anniversary of the Swiss Foot and Shoe Association.

Making Pedorthics visible worldwide

For the IVO Congress 2022 on October 14-15 in Cologne, the two journals "foot&shoe" and "Orthopädieschuhtechnik" together with the International Pedorthic Association (IVO) are launching a project with which they want to make pedorthists around the world more visible and bringing them together.
